We are steps to the bathhouses, restaurants, entertainment, bars, and trails! Located just behind Bathhouse Row on Exchange St. See the bathhouses from your front patio! We are located between a public parking garage and a paid lot.

Other Details to Note
PARKING: NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. The Parking Garage is $1/hr, 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm - 8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Lookup downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app. NOISE: This is an older building, noise does carry easily, so we ask that everyone maintain a reasonable noise level (including T.V. volume) and abide by quiet hours of 10pm-8am.
