Very comfortable and well furnished accommodations. Excellent location one block off Bathhouse Row. Parked in the City’s Parking Garage adjacent to the property. Felt safe with the city police sub-station at the entrance to the parking garage.

This place is located in the perfect spot!!! Had everything we needed and very comfortable. We will be back again soon and for sure will book a stay here again.

Beautiful renovation. Owner clearly took time to make this upgrade. Back porch with propane fire pits was lovely to sit by despite the outside noise. It’s next to a parking lot which can make it difficult to enjoy the back porch without hearing people and speeding cars constantly.

The bed was amazingly comfortable! Everything was extremely CLEAN and felt like a high-end hotel. They thought of every little detail even down to the sound machine and black-out shades. It was so close to bathhouse row and great restaurants. We even went up and enjoyed the firepit on the upper deck.

This was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have ever stayed at in our travels. One of the plastic bolts that hold the toilet seat in place was missing. That was the only issue. Everything else was excellent!

The room was clean and comfortable. It felt like being home. I was thankful for the use of the iron and laundry room. My husband and I enjoyed spending our 21st wedding anniversary in this area. We were able to walk and not have to worry about driving most of the time, because there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation being within walking distance of food, shopping, etc. If given the chance, we will come back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay! FYI: Superior Bathhouse Brewery has some delicious spicy elote corn nuggets. My husband says the steak sandwich was really good also! I cannot say anything bad about this place.

It was very nice..the staff was very helpful. We loved the room. We wish there was something to heat our food up. The bed was comfortable. We will be back!! No microwave.

Being my second room at The Exchange, I liked that I had a table and could sit down to eat in this room with the small didning table. Everything in all of their rooms is very convenient, comfortable and clean. It was a bit smaller but it was layed out to maximize comfort, so really nothing to dislike.

Great stay just a block off Central Avenue! GPS had a little trouble with construction, but the owners responded quickly to our messages. Some road and garage noise, but nothing major—loved the Hotmoon sound machine! The bed was super comfy, patio chairs perfect for relaxing, great price point and the games were a fun bonus. The fridge was handy, though a shared microwave would be a nice addition. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully to catch the fall colors!

The renovation and interiors were beautiful! And a very convenient location for a great price. I noticed some other reviews about noise and I would agree with that. We heard some doors slamming early morning
