Other Details to Note

PARKING: NO onsite parking. There is a paid public parking garage next door and free street parking options all throughout downtown.  Parking Garage- Open every day from 6am-10pm. You can exit when the garage is closed, but you cannot enter. Garage Rates: $2/hr from 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday. There is no time limit. All downtown parking, including the Parking Garage, is FREE between 6pm-8am Monday-Saturday and all day Sunday.  Look up Downtown Hot Springs Parking online for more information on how to pay and to view the downtown parking map with rates. NOISE: This is an older building, noise does carry easily, so we ask that everyone maintain a reasonable noise level (including T.V. volume) and abide by quiet hours of 10pm-8am.

This was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have ever stayed at in our travels. One of the plastic bolts that hold the toilet seat in place was missing. That was the only issue. Everything else was excellent!

The room was clean and comfortable. It felt like being home. I was thankful for the use of the iron and laundry room. My husband and I enjoyed spending our 21st wedding anniversary in this area. We were able to walk and not have to worry about driving most of the time, because there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation being within walking distance of food, shopping, etc. If given the chance, we will come back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay! FYI: Superior Bathhouse Brewery has some delicious spicy elote corn nuggets. My husband says the steak sandwich was really good also! I cannot say anything bad about this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The building was adorable. Our parking was in the parking garage right next door, so it was easy to get to the room. Everything was clean. It even smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. We had access to everything we needed without again until our stay was over. The only thing we had an issue with was the parking garage payment. We got there and the kiosk was not excepting payment when we arrived, because it was free at that time. We woke up and paid for the parking, but it only started the time from that point on and the rest of the afternoon. When we left the next day, I paid for the hours I was unable to pay for the day before and kept the receipts in case. It was just confusing and made me feel unsure and like a rule breaker. 😂
