Other Details to Note

NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. The Parking Garage is $1/hr, 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm - 8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Lookup downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app.

Beautiful studio apartment right by all the bath houses and main downtown restaurants. The price per night was awesome for such a cute place. Rooms were super clean. Great upstairs hang out for a glass of wine or coffee. Great shampoo and soaps offered in the bathroom. Our expensive stuff stay in our bags. Big plus was the ice machine offered to the AirBnB folks. Parking garage is directly next door. Even thought there is a cost during the week days, it was so cheap $11 a day. We will definitely be back and stay in these groups of studios. Lovely stay. ❤️

This was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have ever stayed at in our travels. One of the plastic bolts that hold the toilet seat in place was missing. That was the only issue. Everything else was excellent!

Great location and wonderful place for a getaway. Walking distance to downtown, yet quiet and relaxing. No on-site parking, but garage is located steps away. Just plan ahead if you'll be staying when during paid times to move your vehicle to a free parking area. Otherwise was perfect and exactly as the listing.

The room was clean and comfortable. It felt like being home. I was thankful for the use of the iron and laundry room. My husband and I enjoyed spending our 21st wedding anniversary in this area. We were able to walk and not have to worry about driving most of the time, because there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation being within walking distance of food, shopping, etc. If given the chance, we will come back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay! FYI: Superior Bathhouse Brewery has some delicious spicy elote corn nuggets. My husband says the steak sandwich was really good also! I cannot say anything bad about this place.

Really beautiful modern studio just steps away from bathhouse row. I thought having to park in the structure next door would be annoying, but it was really convenient/easy. The only issue is that, for whatever reason, people in town treat that garage like a NASCAR track, zooming through it and revving their engines. This goes on in the evenings, multiple times per hour, until the garage closes at 10pm. So if you're a light/early sleeper, that's something to keep in mind, but if not, it's more annoying than truly irksome. Great stay.

This place was perfect for my mom and I! Very clean, easy to get into, plenty of parking (free and paid) nearby. We could walk to tons of restaurants, bars, sites, and shops. The hosts were super quick to reply and help us out with any questions. Would definitely recommend this place for 1-2 people for an easy stay & great location!
