Other Details to Note

NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. The Parking Garage is $1/hr, 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm - 8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Lookup downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app.

We loved the location! We could walk to almost everything: bathhouse row, restaurants, hiking! The place was great! Loved the mountain valley water on tap in the hall. It was just like the pictures and super clean.

Absolutely wonderful space and key location for anyone visiting the Bathhouse Row area of Hot Springs. Despite the parking in town going through changes the hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only thing I would care to mention for anyone new to the area, the parking garage can be a bit loud around mid day but quiets down significantly after 10pm. No complaints otherwise! We are huge fans of Hot Springs and are so stoked to have found a great spot to stay. We will definitely be staying again!

My husband and I visited Hot Springs for a quick anniversary weekend, and The Exchange was a great place to stay! After parking our car in the parking garage next door, it sat untouched until our checkout. We were easily able to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. There is even a pizza and beer garden at the end of the street (past the parking garage). Our unit was so cute, and it was obvious that great attention was paid to the details of decor and useful kitchenware (wine flutes, whiskey glasses, etc.). There were even an ironing board in the downstairs laundry room and bottles of Mountain Valley water chilling in our refrigerator upon our arrival. We’ve stayed in Hot Springs several times, but this may just be our new favorite.

All the accommodations were perfect for our anniversary. The room was very clean, had a good smell and a very comfortable king size bed. The bath houses and the down town area was all within walking distance. We will definitely go back for another stay.
