We are steps to the bathhouses, restaurants, entertainment, bars, and trails! Located just behind Bathhouse Row on Exchange St. See the bathhouses from your front patio! We are located between a public parking garage and a paid lot in downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Other Details to Note

NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. The Parking Garage is $1/hr, 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm - 8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Lookup downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app.

This place was a great find! It’s easy to locate and just one block from the main downtown area, yet still feels peaceful and private. The area is well lit after dark, and the building itself has the charm of a restored historic property with a modern flare. The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed, and the shower had great water pressure. The window placement offered plenty of privacy, which I really appreciated. The host went above and beyond, providing French roast coffee and spring water in the fridge — a really nice touch. The upper-level patio was one of my favorite spots, with a beautiful view of the woods and relaxing sounds of nature. Everything, inside and out, was spotless. It was the perfect place to rest after a long day of hiking and to enjoy nearby hot baths. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a great location right in the heart of the entertainment and historic district of Hot Springs. It's easy to walk anywhere from here. Parking is convenient and relatively secure in the adjacent public garage. I would stay here again.

The location was great, just a block over from all the restaurants, shops and Bath Row. Having access to the laundry room was a plus and the cleaning staff was wonderful! The room was comfortable, clean and just what we needed for our stay.

Great location and within walking distance to the main part of town! Right next door to the parking garage and was easy to load/unload. Police station in garage so felt secure to leave the car there for two days. The room is smaller but cute. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs cause the doors and halls echo all night when people are coming in and out. Adorable place and you simply can’t breathe the location.

I loved my stay! Perfect location! The bed was so comfortable. One of the best beds I’ve slept on at an Airbnb. The host was quick to respond with answers and easy to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Most everything you needed downtown was within walking distance. Parking in the garage next to you was a real bonus. Very clean and up to date. The deck out back was delightful.
