We are steps to the bathhouses, restaurants, entertainment, bars, and trails! Located just behind Bathhouse Row on Exchange St. See the bathhouses from your front patio! We are located between a public parking garage and a parking lot.

Other Details to Note

PARKING: Complimentary parking is located in the upper level of the parking lot on Court Street. One parking space is included per room. When turning onto Court Street from Exchange Street, the parking lot is located about half a block up. It is the first left-hand entrance, just past the commercial building. Additional Parking: Parking Garage- Open every day from 6am-10pm. You can exit when the garage is closed, but you cannot enter. Garage Rates: $2/hr from 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday. Free on Sunday. There is no time limit. Free street parking on many nearby streets, including Exchange St. and Court St. NOISE: This is an older building, noise does carry easily, so we ask that everyone maintain a reasonable noise level (including T.V. volume) and abide by quiet hours of 10pm-8am.

Super clean, cute and functional decor, very short walking distance to main attractions so we didn’t have to deal with driving and parking, one minute walk to Buckhouse Bath, 2 minute walk to NPS visitor center at Fordyce Bathhouse (don’t miss their free daily tours at 10:30 and 2), loved that they provided local coffee, loved that there was a cold water dispenser to refill our bottles, loved having the ice dispenser for my little ice chest for the long drive home, excellent water pressure and quality toiletries provided, loved that they had great books and games for guests, Perfect place to stay! Loved everything! Only issue we had, and this is not their fault, and this is a problem everywhere we stay lately - other guests that smoke or vape weed in their rooms. The door to our room was solid and sealed at the bottom but it still spreads to the hallway and other rooms. Why do people accept that they can’t smoke cigarettes indoors but think it’s ok to smoke or vape weed? So easy to walk a few steps outside to the beautiful outdoor patio area. Maybe no smoking signs or fines would help people not be inconsiderate jerks

It was very nice..the staff was very helpful. We loved the room. We wish there was something to heat our food up. The bed was comfortable. We will be back!! No microwave.

Great stay just a block off Central Avenue! GPS had a little trouble with construction, but the owners responded quickly to our messages. Some road and garage noise, but nothing major—loved the Hotmoon sound machine! The bed was super comfy, patio chairs perfect for relaxing, great price point and the games were a fun bonus. The fridge was handy, though a shared microwave would be a nice addition. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully to catch the fall colors!

The renovation and interiors were beautiful! And a very convenient location for a great price. I noticed some other reviews about noise and I would agree with that. We heard some doors slamming early morning
