Other Details to Note

NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. The Parking Garage is $1/hr, 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm - 8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Lookup downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app.

Very clean and great location for the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival - can't complain at all. I've stayed here multiple times and I've had a great stay every time.

The host was very helpful with any questions I had. The building was very beautiful right in the center of Hot Springs downtown. Within walking distance to everything in downtown. The room was small but just the right size to rest after a full day of enjoying Hot Springs area.

Beautiful old historic building with an incredible patio area for visiting with friends. I will absolutely stay again. Incredibly convenient access to downtown area with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great time staying at the Exchange. As frequent visitors to Hot Springs we absolutely LOVED the proximity to downtown! Parking on either side were both paid but we were able to find spots on Court or farther over on Prospect without issue. We absolutely adored the back patio and spent some time there every night after the temperature had gotten cooler. We loved the touch of the local water and coffee that were in the room when we got there. Overall it was a great stay and we'd love to come back!

My stay at the Exchange Apartments in Hot Springs was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect—close to downtown Hot Springs, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent local recommendations. The amenities exceeded my expectations, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
