Other Details to Note

NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. The Parking Garage is $1/hr, 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm - 8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Lookup downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app.

My stay at the Exchange Apartments in Hot Springs was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect—close to downtown Hot Springs, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent local recommendations. The amenities exceeded my expectations, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had such a beautiful stay here! The room was the clean, the host responded to a question within five minutes, and the unit has such thoughtful items like coffee, games in the dresser, and enough towels. The outdoor space on the roof is also nice to enjoy your coffee, too. We highly recommend this place!! T

Perfect location! We parked in the parking garage, which was very cheap. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and the hot springs. In the evening we noticed that the starting point for the ghost tour was very close by so signed up for it. It was enjoyable as well. I would 100% stay here again.

The host was very responsive and the remodeled historic building was well done. It allowed us to stay in easy walking distance of downtown Hot Springs. Although right next to parking garages, we parked for free on Prospect which was just a block and a half away. Lots of vehicle revving noise during the weekend but it quieted down by 10pm. Walgreens and Walmart Neighborhood Market are just a few miles away.

I was very happy with my stay at the exchange place. Whoever renovated this hotel did a great job. The entrance in the wood floors as you came in was beautiful. I love the Art Deco flair of the room I rented. It had everything that I needed and was so clean. The best part is that it’s a five minute walk to the town and the bath houses. You do have to pay for parking in the garage next-door, but it is very inexpensive. Great job To owns this place and renovated it.

We loved this space! It was as described in the listing and photos. The outside area was nice and peaceful. It is a block off the main strip so it is close to everything without being right in the middle of it. We would stay again, and we highly recommend to anyone else!
