Loved how easy to book & find this gem that was so close to all the attractions in Hot Springs. The hosts were very attentive and we loved the coffee and spring water left in the unit. Hope we can come back soon!

I had a great stay at The Exchange! The price and location absolutely cannot be beat. The building was easy to find and check-in and building access were seamless. Parking was convenient and free in the garage next door (I see others have noted that the garage can fill up; I was there midweek and there was plenty of space). The location was so central, I left my car in the garage the whole time and just walked everywhere. Bathhouse Row was literally on the next block and numerous trails, restaurants, and coffee shops were within a 10-15min walk. Bonus points, the bed was also super-comfy!
