This place is perfect for your trip to Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs. You're one block from the National Park Service Bathhouses. The building has been nicely renovated. The check-in (door code) was easy, and the room was comfortable, clean, and had lots of natural light. The parking garage ($) is free from 10pm (the gate closed at 9:45pm when I was there so park before 9:30pm) to 6am. There is street parking but pay attention of the times. The wi-fi was good, and there was a packet of Red Light Roastery Coffee (buy some down the street at RLT). Food: The Pancake Shop, The Ohio Club, and Superior Bathhouse Brewery! Dessert: Fat Bottomed Girl's Cupcake Shoppe. I will stay here again!

It was such an amazing place. Owners are great! Loved the decor!! Patio out back was peaceful and inviting. Close to downtown!! We definitely will book again! There is parking lot noise but not past 10. It's a great place. Highly recommend!!

Loved our stay in Hot Springs and already looking forward to coming back. There was noise from outside roads and parking deck and from guests in rooms until pretty late hours in the night, but that just comes with location and being on the first floor of a very old 3 story building. Everything was as described, and we’ll definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Perfect little spot downtown across from bath house row. Easy to get to the hiking trails, all the shops and food on the main drag. Parking in the garage next door is the easiest but free parking available on the road if you’re paying attention. Clean room, giant bed, with a attentive host to help with anything. Wish I had two more thumbs to give it four thumbs up but they’ll have to settle with the two I have.

Wonderful stay at the Exchange in downtown Hot Springs. This property is a 3 minute walk to bath house row and many great bars and restaurants in downtown Hot Springs. The hosts have really gone above and beyond to make this a comfortable stay. Kitchenette has everything needed for a nice weekend getaway. Bed is very comfortable, climate control system works great, and the bathroom is spacious. The building itself is very charming with a very nice secluded back patio for relaxing. Free laundry machines available in the building. Love the convenience of being able to walk out the door and into downtown. If you’re going to Hot Springs I’m not sure why you would choose anywhere else to stay. I parked in the free parking on the street during daylight and in the parking garage at night (which doesn’t charge between 6PM and 8AM). Overall great stay and look forward to returning for another visit. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at.

Had a wonderful stay. We were in walking distance to the bath houses as well as all the shopping and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful stay. A definite stay again place!!

We really couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Just what we needed. The building & room were clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and the shower was great! Location was perfect. Just one street over from Central, so we were walking distance from the Quapaw Bath house that we utilized, as well as shopping & restaurants. As a bonus we were located on the first floor and on the opposite side from the public parking building which as other reviews noted was quite noisy at times. We weren't bothered by it at all and it closes at 10pm anyway. And the free street parking on Exchange Street was very convenient. The Exchange will be our go to AirBnB on any other Hot Springs trips in our future. Couldn't be happier with it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at The Exchange. You will not regret staying here as the unit is exactly as described and was super clean. You are definitely close to some great restaurants & shopping all within walking distance.

Great location, to be right in the heart of downtown, there is going to be a little noise. The location, cleanliness, and building were great. We would stay there again.
