Great location, to be right in the heart of downtown, there is going to be a little noise. The location, cleanliness, and building were great. We would stay there again.

Love this place!! We stay here everytime we have been to Hot Springs. never had a problem at all. Such a cozy place!! Thank you for providing such a great place for a getaway

Such a cute, convenient place to stay. Everything is in walking distance. The parking garage has a police substation next door and gives the feeling of security for both your vehicle and lodgings. The bed is comfortable too, nice feather/down pillows. I would stay here again.

Definitely our new spot to stay at in hot springs!! The location was perfect! Hosts were so nice and responsive! Super clean and cozy. The back and front patios were lovely too! We could park for free on court street and the hosts provided a link showing all the free parking around, that was helpful. Thank you!!

We have stayed several times at The Exchange. It’s so quaint. Spotless. Downtown ease. Excellent communication.
This time was a Mom & daughter’s trip. We’re planning on making this an annual event, or semi.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
We especially loved the thoughtful touches like the seating area as well as the wet bar and coffee bar, which made mornings and evenings feel extra special. The space itself was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and the hardwood floors added such a warm, inviting feel.
The outdoor space was just as impressive—we loved spending time by the fire pit, which made for such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
On top of everything, the rate was very reasonable for the quality, comfort, and amenities provided.
Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located place to stay!

Great location! Everything was just as described!! Was thankful for the information about parking. (I loved the books in the room. I started one and I'm going to order it online so I can finish reading it!) Would definitely stay again.

Great location, just 1 block off the main drag!! Totally walkable to all the sites and restaurants! Parking ended up being free, thought we were gonna have to pay for parking! Would definitely stay here again!

Cute loft in a great location!! 1 street away from bathhouse row. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Only downside is no free parking (at least near by). We parked in the garage parking (right next door) which is $2 an hr until 6pm then free until 8am the next day. Had to stay on top of my parking but not the end of the world. I would stay here again.
