This was a return stay for us, and we will continue to make the Exchange our go-to lodging on future trips to Hot Springs. The location can't be beat, and the rooms are very clean, updated, and well-kept. Although Hot Springs has instituted pay parking in the adjacent garage and many side streets, we were able to easily park on a "free parking" street near the unit.

This is the perfect location if you are looking for something that is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and bath row!! Clean space!! We will definitely book again next time we travel to Hot Springs!

Really enjoyed The Exchange. Easy to find, clear instructions on check-in and out. Super walkable to all bathhouse row and downtown restaurants, the convention center, etc. This will be my go-to spot when I’m in Hot Springs.

Very cool old renovated building. Clean and comfortable. They do mention that noise travels in this building and it for sure does. We heard a couple people come in and out but luckily for us that was it. We had good neighbors. We absolutely loved the location.

The Exchange was a great place to stay. We were very close to everything in town. Entry with the keypad was easy. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place was very clean. Thanks for having us!

we enjoyed this place and will return. it was close to all the attractions and the parking garage is right beside the place. you can easily take the elevator to the ground floor and carry your luggage just steps away or pull temporarily in front of the building to unload and then park in the garage. very clean and very quiant. thanks so much for the wonderful stay.

Perfect location! One street over from bathhouse row! As mentioned in other reviews, the parking garage next door is noisy! Not the host’s fault. Maybe Arkansas just has noisy cars/trucks with loud mufflers! Seems like that could be monitored or controlled!

The Exchange was perfect! A great location, close to everything . The room we had was clean and comfortable, seemed brand new. Loved the decor of whole building, cool vibe. Any questions I had were answered within minutes. Loved our stay!

Perfect location. Walking distance to anything central ave Hot Springs. Very clean. Very quaint. Parking next door. Easy access. Wonderful check in & out instructions. Easy Uber to the horse races & back. Just prime location to do downtown Hot Springs.
