The apartment was beautiful, a much better option than the hotel, everything is renovated, clean, modern, in a great location, the parking you pay for is right next to you, everything is perfect, thank you very much

We had a great stay in Hot Springs. The place was cozy, clean, and so charming, with nice amenities that made it very comfortable. The location was amazing; walkable to the bathhouses and restaurants, yet still quiet. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again.

We went for our Honeymoon and Exchange place was what we needed. The studios were really nice. Communication with the host was great. The location was walking distance to everything we wanted. Already referred to our friends!

Check in was a breeze. Parked on Court St. the entire 4 nights. The parking tower on the side did have some excessive engine revving a few evenings in a row, but, didn't last too late into the night. Walkable to so many things including really good restaurants and several hiking trails. The room itself was absolutely perfect for our needs. Didn't use the kitchen, but, it was equipped with most anything you would need to cook a little meal. One of the best aspects was a fresh water dispenser right in the hall! Ha! The hosts were very prompt with their responses. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend and will also most likely stay again next time we're in town. Thanks!

Beautiful renovation. Owner clearly took time to make this upgrade. Back porch with propane fire pits was lovely to sit by despite the outside noise. It’s next to a parking lot which can make it difficult to enjoy the back porch without hearing people and speeding cars constantly.

I love the location of this place. Right in the middle of bath house row and walking distance from all of the shops and bath houses. Would definitely recommend for no more than two people. The outside patio was nice to enjoy with the firepits.

Love love love this place! It’s so eclectic yet modern. The location to Bath house row is awesome. Pretty much 800ft from everything! We parked our vehicle on a free parking street and didn’t move it for 4 days because we just walked everywhere we wanted to go! The parking garage next door can be loud however there was a sound machine provided and we brought our own too. With both sound machines going it drown out any and all noise. The only complaint I have is that it’s bright. If you are in any of the front rooms the street lights are very very bright. So if you are sensitive to outside lights especially at night you’ll need a sleep mask. Other than that this place is perfect! We can’t wait to stay again in the near future!

We had a great stay in Hot Springs! Awesome building, fantastic location with walkable night life. Be aware of the next door parking garage closing at 10:00 pm, it’s sometimes tough to find a good spot on the adjacent street.

My husband and I came back to Hot Springs for an anniversary trip, and this was the perfect place to stay! Instructions on check in, parking, entering the building are extremely clear. Walkable distance to all of the restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was clean and aesthetic! Only minor complaint (which has nothing to do with the hosts or the building itself) is that it can get noisy with the parking garage next door, so that’s the only thing to consider! Otherwise, it was a perfect stay! Highly recommend!
