The location was perfect for walking to everything that Hot Springs had to offer! We really loved the simplicity of the room - everything was clean & updated. It rained so we didn't get to enjoy the back patio, but it looked lovely. Even though the building is older and can be loud, the host provided a sound machine. I'm a light sleeper but had no problems sleeping great while I was there! The AC unit also provided nice white noise. The host also provided a map of the free parking - we were able to easily park for free on Court Street. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Hope to be back some day soon!

I have stayed here twice now when I was in hot springs working. its a great home away from home. loved that I could walk to get food in the evenings or just take a walk and explore some of the shops and still be close to my room. the cleaning ladies are super nice and helpful. owner is fast to reply and friendly as well. definitly will be back next time Im in town.

My wife absolutely loved this place. Cute cute cute and as a coffee lover they had options for every way to make a good cup!! Great location for bath house row!!

It was an amazing experience, the room was very clean and very classy. Me and my family felt right at home, there was also a bunch to do near by. 10/10 I would definitely stay there again.

Great walkable location to everything. As the host mentions in the listing, sound travels well through the building. I would recommend bringing some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The host was great. Very responsive to my concerns and helpful in place to visit. The place was nice very clean peaceful and close to everything. The patio view was nice as well.

Very comfortable and well furnished accommodations. Excellent location one block off Bathhouse Row. Parked in the City’s Parking Garage adjacent to the property. Felt safe with the city police sub-station at the entrance to the parking garage.

This place is perfect for your trip to Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs. You're one block from the National Park Service Bathhouses. The building has been nicely renovated. The check-in (door code) was easy, and the room was comfortable, clean, and had lots of natural light. The parking garage ($) is free from 10pm (the gate closed at 9:45pm when I was there so park before 9:30pm) to 6am. There is street parking but pay attention of the times. The wi-fi was good, and there was a packet of Red Light Roastery Coffee (buy some down the street at RLT). Food: The Pancake Shop, The Ohio Club, and Superior Bathhouse Brewery! Dessert: Fat Bottomed Girl's Cupcake Shoppe. I will stay here again!

This was our 2nd year at The Exchange & I highly recommend it! It is a beautifully updated historic building just steps from the heart of Hot Springs yet it still manages to be a quiet nook in the buzz of activity. The host has great instructions & recommendations. The door code system is easy to use, but very secure. The public parking garage next door is so convenient & affordable. We enjoyed ending an evening out back on the private patio with firepits. Perfect weekend all around!

There is parking lot noise but not past 10. It's a great place.
