Lovely place right near the downtown, couldn’t ask for a better location, lovely amenities, and very cute space, comfortable stay.
Just a heads up, there is no on-site parking, they did not make that super clear up front.
Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved staying at The Exchange! You couldn’t have a better proximity to all of the Bathhouse Row attractions and the hosts are super responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone considering coming to Hot Springs which is a must in our opinion!

Excellent location if you want to be in the middle of everything Hot Springs! Hosts have created an amazingly well curated space that is comfortable, classic, tasteful and spotless. Easy to find, park and access, keeping in mind the location is close to all the action, excellent access to everything downtown.

The Exchange was a great place to stay just one street over from bath house row. It was nice to be off the main drag but still within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The only downside was there was a little bit of noise from the parking garage next door but other than that it was a great place.

My go-to place in Hot Springs!
The Exchange is hands down my first choice every time!
Here’s why I love it:
• Full of character and style—definitely not your typical hotel stay
• Exceptionally comfortable bed with high-end linens
• Spotless, immaculate bathroom and room
• Thoughtful amenities like complimentary coffee, waters, on-site ice machine/washer & dryer, and quality toiletries
• Reliable Wi-Fi and cozy common areas that make you feel at home (the back patio with the fire pits are my favorite!)
• A host who is incredibly helpful, friendly, and super responsive

We had an amazing stay at The Exchange to celebrate the new year. The place was very clean and tidy and the hosts were very responsive. Not to mention the walk to the downtown views were very short. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hot Springs!!

Great room very well done and clean. We would definitely stay again. As some other guests have pointed out the parking garage next door is noisy. It was closed promptly at 10pm everything was quiet after.

This is a great place to stay in the downtown area, the rooms are tastefully decorated for comfort and simplicity, with your own mini split to control the temperature and local coffee provided. Convenience to the parking garage next door can’t be beat.

Perfect location as far as you’re within walking distance of everything. Very clean property. It is located on the upper floor, so be prepared for a little bit of stairs. Super comfy bed. Room stayed nice and cool. It is right next to a parking garage that for whatever reason has some of the loudest vehicles I’ve ever heard but that’s out of the host’s control. The parking garages are expensive so we drove a couple of streets over and parked on a side street. The back patio is cute and has a good vibe. The room has a fridge that had coffee creamer & water inside. Walls are kind of thin so you can hear anyone in the hallways, but it wasn’t too loud.

One of my best AirBNB stays. I can’t speak highly enough. Location is perfect parking is not an issue with free parking within sight of the building. Everything was so well thought out. I had everything I needed. The kitchenette was so well equipped. My host responded within moments each time. Great location. I plan to return
