Location is amazing and it doesn't get much more walkable. The sleep was great -- the bed linens were cozy, and the ductless HVAC lets you get it nice a chilly in there. I loved the kitchenette with the few curated books about coffee, whiskey, and local lore. The gooseneck kettle and locally-roasted pour-over coffee set up was a great touch. The only negative was that the parking garage does get noisy (other reviews mention this, too), but the even numbered rooms (opposite the garage) are quieter; still, I'd suggest you bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Despite the last point, it's a great place to stay if you want a walkable Hot Springs hideaway; I highly recommend.

Great location, centrally located and easy to walk to all the restaurants/stores. Room was very clean and smelled nice. Very cozy. As others have said, it was loud at times due to being next to parking garage. It did not bother us though. The host was great and very responsive to messages. Would def stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, comfortable and super close to the central part of Hot Springs with shops, bath houses and restaurants. Bed was very comfy, kitchen area great with amenities and bathroom super clean! Right next to the parking garage which made it convenient to carry luggage to/from the studio apartment. One draw back--there were some annoying high school kids driving in garage reaving up their loud engines. After about an hour of this, they left. The night was quiet and peaceful after that incident. Recommendation: try the pizza parlor Grateful Head Pizza Oven--absolutely Awesome pizza!! Same street as The Exchange, just a couple of blocks. Also, ate breakfast at the Pancake Shop--huge delicious pancakes. Had the blueberry and the apple pancakes! Awesome! We look forward to staying at The Exchange again some day!

This was our second time to stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and fun. The furnishings are ni e and comfortable.

It was nice and clean, the check in and check out was easy. The parking garage closes at night so if you come in later you’ll have to park on the street or the paid lot but the area seemed very safe and we parked on the street with no issues

This place was a great find! It’s easy to locate and just one block from the main downtown area, yet still feels peaceful and private. The area is well lit after dark, and the building itself has the charm of a restored historic property with a modern flare.
The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed, and the shower had great water pressure. The window placement offered plenty of privacy, which I really appreciated. The host went above and beyond, providing French roast coffee and spring water in the fridge — a really nice touch.
The upper-level patio was one of my favorite spots, with a beautiful view of the woods and relaxing sounds of nature. Everything, inside and out, was spotless. It was the perfect place to rest after a long day of hiking and to enjoy nearby hot baths.
I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful studio apartment right by all the bath houses and main downtown restaurants. The price per night was awesome for such a cute place. Rooms were super clean. Great upstairs hang out for a glass of wine or coffee. Great shampoo and soaps offered in the bathroom. Our expensive stuff stay in our bags. Big plus was the ice machine offered to the AirBnB folks. Parking garage is directly next door. Even thought there is a cost during the week days, it was so cheap $11 a day. We will definitely be back and stay in these groups of studios. Lovely stay. ❤️

We stayed at The Exchange for two nights while stopping in Hot Springs during a road trip and it was perfect for us! The location is great, we were able to walk from The Exchange to the "main drag" of shops and restaurants which was very nice. Room was just as pictured online. The outdoor space was also nice for hanging out in the evening before bed. We also liked that there was a water station that used Mountain Valley Spring water in glass jugs. Would recommend staying at The Exchange if you're planning a trip to Hot Springs.

Very clean and great location for the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival - can't complain at all. I've stayed here multiple times and I've had a great stay every time.

This was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have ever stayed at in our travels. One of the plastic bolts that hold the toilet seat in place was missing. That was the only issue. Everything else was excellent!
